Yoshida Seimen Yokohama Ramen Makati Creekside Building Makati by

Yoshida Seimen Yokohama Ramen Makati Creekside Building Amorsolo Street Makati. A ramen franchise from Yokohama established in 2006 opened its first international branch in Manila on November 2014. Currently in charge of the kitchen is Japanese Chef Atsumu Mamiya who is one of the Executive Chefs from Japan.

Yoshida Seimen boasts of making fresh Noodles daily with a local combination of flours and showcase their noodle machine upon entering the restaurant. Only 10 percent of the ingredients are from Japan. These are; Soy Sauce, Katsusobushi (Dried skipjack tuna shavings) and Konbu (A type of seaweed, often used for broth.)

The soup base is made from pork, chicken and fish. Chicken is the main ingredient for their broth as it is less expensive in the Philippines and they boil a whole chicken to make a richer and creamier soup.

Highly recommended are their Nouku Ramen and Spicy Ramen, make sure to menage a trois with their thinly wrapped gyoza and crispy mixed tempura!
