6 ounces chicken, slice into thin pieces
5 ounces tokwa, cut into cubes
2 bunches pechay, chopped
1 piece onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
3 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1/8 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup cooking oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
