1/2 cup Water (add 1 to 2 tbsp water if it gets too thick)
2 tbsp Softened Butter = ₱ 7.4
1 Egg White (Large) = ₱ 5
Slices of Cheese (sachet) = ₱ 12
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 47.45
Other Expenses = (portion of transpo, gas, packaging etc.) = ₱ 10
Total Expenses = ₱ 57.45
SRP base on Market Prize = ₱ 3 per this size of puto (3×30= ₱ 90)
Total Potential Profit = ₱ 32.55
This costing is for small entrepreneur who want to start at low with 30 to 100 pcs production. If you are planing to take this into higher volume of production like 100 and above please adjust for manpower expense and other expenses that might affect when increasing the volume of production.
