Nilasing na Pork Binagoongan Recipe (best version)

How to cook drunken pork binagoongan or binagoongan baboy. This is a classic version of filipino pork binagoongan because it contains coconut milk that makes the dish more creamy than the regular pork binagoongan and it also deglazed with rum to help get the most flavours out of all ingredients.

Ingredients and Prices
1/2 kg Pork Loin = ₱ 110
3/4 cup Shrimp Bagoong = ₱ 15
1/2 cup Coconut Milk = ₱ 15
3 pcs Local Tomatoes (chopped) = ₱ 6
3 cloves Garlic (crushed) = ₱ 3
1 medium Red Onion (chopped) = ₱ 3
2 pcs Chili Finger (sliced) = ₱ 2
5 pcs Red Chili/Birds Eye (whole or sliced) = ₱ 2
1/4 cup White Sugar = ₱ 3
1/4 cup Rum (optional) = ₱ 3
1 tsp Black Pepper (grind) = ₱ 1
1 tsp Maggie Seasoning or Chicken Powder
(optional) = ₱ 3

Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 166
