1 1/2 L Water
1/8 kg Brown Sugar
1/8 kg Water
Note! I made double of this sugar syrup in the video and I found out that it’s too much for 1/4 kg tapioca pearls.
You can reduced it by half which is 1/8 kg. Please read first the instruction written on the packaging of “Injoy” Tapioca Pearls.
