How to make mango and avocado sago’t gulaman, perfect for hot summer!

Yield: Total 2.5 Liters (1.24 L + 1.25 L)
Ingredients
For Avocado Jelly (Gulaman)
1 3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Green Gelatin Powder/Gulaman (Unflavored)
1/4 cup Avocado Puree

For Mango Jelly (Gulaman)
1 3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Yellow Gelatin Powder/Gulaman (Unflavored)
1/4 cup Mango Puree

1 can (300 ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can (300g) Nestle All Purpose Cream
1 Large Can (365 ml) Angels Evaporated Liquid Creamer
You can also use evaporated milk
1 3/4 cup Cooked Sago (tapioca pearl)
1/2 cup Small Diced Eden Cheese
2 pcs Ripe Magoes for diced
1 pcs Ripe Mango for making 1/4 cup puree and toppings
1 pc Ripe Avocado for diced
1 pc Ripe Avocado for making 1/4 cup puree and toppings

Note!
You can add more sugar if you like it more sweeter
but for me it’s perfect!
