1 small can Condensed Milk (168 ml) = ₱ 19
1/2 cup White Sugar = ₱ 4.5
1 cup Glutinous Rice Flour = ₱ 18
1/4 cup Rice Flour = ₱ 4
1/8 tsp Iodized Salt = ₱ 0.5
1/2 stp Pandan Extract = ₱ 2
1/2 tsp Green Color = ₱ 2
1/2 tsp Red Food Color = ₱ 2
1/2 tsp Yellow Food Color = ₱ 2
2 tbsp Lanka/Jackfruit Puree = ₱ 5
1 tsp Purple Yam (ube) flavor = ₱ 4
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 93
You can use 7″ llanera for this recipe
I noticed that its too hard to separate the cooked sapin sapin from the mold even if you greased it with oil. The easy way is to wrap it with foil.
In slicing the sapin sapin the easiest way is to wrap your knife with cling wrap or plastic to avoid sticking and for a cleaner cut.
