Ingredients:
8 ounces beef, thinly sliced
10 pieces Shiitake mushroom, sliced
6 ounces sweet potato noodles
1 bunch green onions, cut in 2 inch pieces
2 pieces egg yolks, beaten, slowly fried, and Julienne (DalGyal JiDan)
3/4 cup carrot, Julienne
1 piece red bell pepper, Julienne
1 1/2 cups spinach, blanched and chopped
1 piece onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
5 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 cups water (for boiling)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
