No Bake/No Oven Caramel Milk Tea Custard Pudding Recipe
Serve 4 to 5 (9″ x 5″ X 3″ height loaf pan)
Steam: 50 to 60 minutes (low heat)
(you can also bake this for 1 hour @ 150 C with water bath)
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tbsp water
For Milk Tea Custard
370 ml Evaporated Milk (warm)
2 tbsp Black Tea (I use 6 tea bags)
300 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 pcs Large Egg Yolk
2 pcs Whole Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
