Yield: 8 pcs (1 cup/medium llanera)
Ingredients and Prices
3 cups Water
1 pack Gulaman Powder = ₱ 10
(25g/unflavored/yellow/I used Mr. Hat Gulaman)
1 large can Evaporated Milk = ₱ 25
(370 ml/yellow label alaska)
1 small can Condensed Milk = ₱ 26.75
(168 ml/alaska)
1 large Can Sweet Cream Corn = ₱ 31
(425g/ brand used jolly but you can also use other brand)
1/4 tsp Rock Salt = ₱ 0.25
1/2 cup White Sugar = ₱ 3
For Slurry
1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Cornstarch = ₱ 2
Topping
1 bar Grated Cheese = ₱ 35
(brand used “daily quezo)
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 133
Other Expenses = (water, gas, packaging etc.) = ₱ 30
Total Expenses = ₱ 163
Suggested Retail Price = ₱ 40
Total Potential Profit = ₱ 19.63/pc
This costing is for small entrepreneur who want to start at low with 30 to 100 pcs production. If you are planing to take this into higher volume of production like 100 and above please adjust for manpower expense and other expenses that might affect when increasing the volume of production.
